We are seeking a reliable and professional Legal Secretary to join our busy Litigation Department at our Norwich office. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within litigation law, who is looking to work in a friendly and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting fee earners with case preparation.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Preparing court bundles and managing correspondence.
- File management, dictation, maintaining accurate records.
- Handling billing accounts.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous legal secretarial experience (Litigation Law desirable).
- Excellent typing and IT skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Position Details:
Permanent full-time (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday) or part-time position.
