We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Conveyancing team at our Norwich office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional environment where your skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Managing case files, correspondence and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals
- Maintaining diary and appointment management
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
