The Role
We are looking for a Site Manager, ideally with a joinery background, to manage commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
Projects range in value from £100k to £3m, with typical programme durations of 5 weeks to 5 months.

Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure programmes and project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project costs, labour and material usage to help maximise project profitability.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily diaries, site reports and change order documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, permits and health & safety legislation.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Promote and maintain company policies, procedures and professional standards across all site activities.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager
- Experience delivering commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Ability to manage projects across the Northwest and nationwide when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Project
- Ability to read and interpret programmes, technical drawings and specifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
