We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale dental practice fit-out project in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The project consists of a full internal fit-out of a substantial two-storey building , transforming the space into a modern dental facility.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and health & safety are achieved throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the site on a day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety inspections.
- Managing site documentation, permits, and daily records.
- Liaising with the client, project team, and supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Driving quality standards and overseeing snagging and handover processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit‑out projects.
- Experience delivering healthcare, dental, medical, office, or high‑specification interior fit‑outs is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades within a live construction environment.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.
