My client are a very successful commercial fit out contractor. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-quality CAT B office fit-out project in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a fast-paced commercial interior project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme
- Maintain high standards of quality control and finishing
- Manage site health & safety, including RAMS and compliance
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Monitor progress and provide regular site reports
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT B office fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and sequencing
- Valid certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Asbestos Awareness
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
