Groundworks & Civil Engineering Contractor in Sheffield region is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for 3–4 live projects across the region, typically valued between £1 million and £15 million. You will work closely with a Senior QS and report to the Commercial Director, handling cost control, procurement, interim valuations, variations and final accounts, while liaising with clients and site teams to keep projects profitable.
