I am recruiting for a Project Manager to control fit out and refurbishment projects across Greater Manchester and the South Yorkshire. This is a strategic appointment which is due to repeat business with one of the leading fit out contractors in the North West.
My client are a North West based commercial fit out contractor that operate across the North West and South Yorkshire. They are in the process of strengthening their existing team and require a Project Manager. to be predominantly site based but split between sites if required.
Projects will be predominantly North West based and you will be expected to control a team of Site Managers, between 2 – 5 depending on the size of the projects, which can range from £1,000,000 – £20,000,000. You will have a proven track record of delivering commercial fit out and refurbishments and have a structured career history.
You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, you will liaise with each Site Manager and report to the visiting Operations Manager. You will forge close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients and your team.
