We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the pre-contract and pre-construction phases of projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. The Junior Estimator will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to research costs, prepare estimates, and contribute to successful project planning and delivery., * Cost research: Investigate the costs of materials, transport, labour, equipment, and building control to produce precise estimates.

Client relationship: Build connections with prospective clients, attending site visits to review a space to assist in building estimates.

Supplier & contractor coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors to stay updated on industry trends, ensuring the best quality and pricing options.

Quote management: Obtain and compile quotations from suppliers and contractors within specified deadlines, providing essential information for project managers to develop accurate programmes of work.

Quotation preparation: Prepare and submit detailed cost breakdowns for work based on provided designs, ensuring all elements are accounted for.
