Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Town Hall Refurbishment
We are currently looking for an experiencedSite Manager / Site Supervisorto oversee a town hall refurbishment project inChippenham, startingWednesday 23rd September.
The role will involve overseeing a small number of tradesmen and subcontractors on site, managing day-to-day activities, maintaining health and safety standards and reporting progress directly to the Project Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing tradesmen and subcontractors on site
Coordinating day-to-day site activities
Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
Carrying out general site checks and maintaining site standards
Coordinating trades and dealing with any issues that arise
Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well organised
About You
This role would suit an experiencedSite Manager, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor. We would also consider askilled Labourerwith strong site experience who holdsSSSTS or SMSTSand is comfortable taking responsibility for supervising trades.
