We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for a 3-week restaurant fit-out project in Bournemouth, to start immediately. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with SMSTS/SSSTS certification who can oversee site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. A non-working supervisor is preferred, although we would also consider a skilled labourer with SSSTS and previous site supervision experience.
Location: Bournemouth
Duration: 3 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality standards
- Conduct site inductions and maintain site records
- Liaise with the project team and report on progress
Site Team: The project will involve a small team consisting of: Builder
Requirements:
- Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certificate (essential), CSCS card and First Aid
- Previous site supervision experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage site health & safety
