About you If you’re an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in fit out and refurbishment, this could be a really interesting opportunity if you’re looking for something with a bit more ownership. The business is building its presence in Scotland and is looking for a QS who can play an important part in that growth. You’ll be joining a small team initially, so you won’t simply be one of several Quantity Surveyors doing the same job. You’ll have plenty of visibility and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution as the operation develops. The work will be predominantly high end commercial and office fit out, so you’ll need to understand the commercial demands of delivering quality projects in this market. You’ll be comfortable taking responsibility for your own projects and working closely with the operational team from the early stages through to final
