About you If you’re an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with a background in fit out and refurbishment, this could be a really interesting opportunity if you’re looking for something with a bit more ownership. The business is building its presence in Scotland and is looking for someone who can play an important part in that growth. You’ll be joining a small team initially, so this is not a role where you’ll be one of many people doing the same thing. You’ll have plenty of visibility and the opportunity to make a real contribution. The work will be predominantly high end commercial and office fit out, so you’ll need to understand the demands of delivering quality projects in this market. Your experience You’ll need solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator or in a similar commercial role within fit out and refurbishment. Experience across commercial interiors, office fit out or high end fit out would be particularly relevant. You’ll understand estimating, procurement, subcontractor packages, cost planning and the commercial management of projects. You’ll need to be commercially confident, organised and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
