We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Sainsbury’s project in Hull. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established retail fit-out programme with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works run safely and to programme
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and labour on site
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation
  • Liaise with the client, project team, and store management
  • Ensure RAMS and compliance documentation are in place and adhered to
  • Deliver quality workmanship in line with brand and project expectations

Requirements:

  • Joinery background is essential
  • Proven experience managing retail fit-out or supermarket refresh projects
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead teams and push programme when required
  • Previous Sainsbury’s or supermarket experience preferred but not essential
