We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Sainsbury’s project in Hull. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established retail fit-out programme with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works run safely and to programme
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and labour on site
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site presentation
- Liaise with the client, project team, and store management
- Ensure RAMS and compliance documentation are in place and adhered to
- Deliver quality workmanship in line with brand and project expectations
Requirements:
- Joinery background is essential
- Proven experience managing retail fit-out or supermarket refresh projects
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead teams and push programme when required
- Previous Sainsbury’s or supermarket experience preferred but not essential
