Freelance Site Manager - High End Office Fit Out - Central Leeds

Rate: £250 - £280/shift (Depending on experience)
Company: My client are a high end office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard which has led to ongoing and long lasting relationships. They are well established, provide their services across all of the UK and are now a leading brand in their industry.
Job role: They require a Site Manager to oversee a high end office fit out and refurbishment with a duration of 11 weeks. The project is a full internal fit out with high end finishes in the centre of Leeds. As well as day to day management you will need to keep regular contact and communication with the building manager and contractors to make sure things run smoothly.
Experience/Qualifications required:
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, Asbestos Awareness certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £1m plus
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site to achieve project milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
