Freelance Site Manager/Site Based Project Manager – High End Office Fit Out – Central Glasgow Start date – 28th April 2025 Duration – 12 weeks Rate £250 – £260/shift (Depending on experience) Company My client are a high end office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard which has led to ongoing and long lasting relationships. They are well established and provide their services across all of the UK Job role They require a Site Manager to oversee a high end office fit out and refurbishment with a duration of 12 weeks. The project is a full internal fit out with high end finishes with a value of circa £1.2m. As well as day to day management you will need to keep regular contact and communication with the building manager and contractors to make sure things run smoothly.
