Freelance Site Manager/Site Based Project Manager – High End Office Fit Out – Central Glasgow Start date – 28th April 2025 Duration – 12 weeks Rate £250 – £260/shift (Depending on experience) Company My client are a high end office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard which has led to ongoing and long lasting relationships. They are well established and provide their services across all of the UK Job role They require a Site Manager to oversee a high end office fit out and refurbishment with a duration of 12 weeks. The project is a full internal fit out with high end finishes with a value of circa £1.2m. As well as day to day management you will need to keep regular contact and communication with the building manager and contractors to make sure things run smoothly. Experience required – Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred) – SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required. – Worked on projects with a value up to £1m plus – Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks – Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings – Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget – Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site to achieve project milestones – Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders – Produce regular and clear progress reports How to apply If you believe you are right for this role and wish to apply then please upload your updated CV
