I am recruiting for a Site Based Project Manager to control fit out and refurbishment projects. This is a strategic appointment due to repeat business with one of the leading fit out and construction contractors in the UK. My client is a North West based fit out and refurbishment contractor that operates on a nationwide basis. They are in the process of strengthening their existing team and require a Site Based Project Manager.
You will work with varying management teams between 2 – 4 depending on the size of the projects, which can range from £1,000,000. You will have a proven track record of delivering city centre projects. You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, liaising with each Site Manager and reporting to the visiting Operations Manager. You will forge close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients, and your team.
