Freelance Site Manager – Re-Roofing Project

My client is currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a re-roofing project on an education site in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements – Essential
- CSCS Black Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within roofing or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
