Rogers Mc Hugh Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for live fit-out and refurbishment projects.

You will own the commercial delivery from start to finish, balancing cost control with stakeholder communication.

You will manage four to five live projects valued from £100k to £3m, report at month end, and work closely with Contracts Managers and directors to protect margins.

Salary range £60k–£65k with car allowance.
