We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skill Bathroom Fitter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, working across social housing properties in the North West and Cheshire.
This role will involve carrying out bathroom works within occupied and void social housing properties, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and able to follow instructions, while also being willing to help out where needed. You must be comfortable working to set processes and maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with tenants and site teams.
A full driving licence is essential, as the role requires travel between sites.
Key Requirements (Essential)- Proven social housing experience (mandatory)
- Multi-skill bathroom fitting experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness (guidance can be provided)
- Working at Heights (guidance can be provided)
- Face Fit (provided if required)
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
