Site Manager Location: Warrington (Nationwide Projects) Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 Package: Company Van, Fuel Card, Travel Expenses, Digs, etc. The Role We are looking for a Site Manager, ideally with a joinery background, to manage commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Projects range in value from £100k to £3m, with typical programme durations of 5 weeks to 5 months. Project Types Commercial Buildings Cat A & Cat B Office Fit Outs Industrial Buildings Warehouses Duties Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. Coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Work closely with Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure programmes and project milestones are achieved. Monitor project costs, labour and material usage to help maximise project profitability. Maintain accurate project records, including daily diaries, site reports and change order documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, permits and health & safety legislation. Implement quality control procedures to ensure projects meet client expectations. Promote and maintain company policies, procedures and professional standards across all site activities. Requirements Valid CSCS Card SMSTS First Aid at Work Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager Experience delivering commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects Ability to manage projects across the Northwest and nationwide when required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Project Ability to read and interpret programmes, technical drawings and specifications Full UK Driving Licence
