We are currently looking for 6 hardworking and reliable Labourers to join a busy team working on a Centre Parcs site for a 2-week period. The successful candidates will be working alongside experienced tradesmen, helping to keep the site running efficiently and ensuring the tradesmen have everything they need to complete their work. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role and would suit someone who is not afraid of hard work, is comfortable working long hours and takes pride in being reliable and getting the job done.

You will be expected to carry out general labouring duties, assist tradesmen with materials and equipment, keep work areas clean and tidy, move materials around site and generally provide support wherever required. This is genuine hard labour, so applicants must be physically fit, willing to work hard throughout the day and comfortable being on their feet for long periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting tradesmen with day-to-day work on site
  • Moving and carrying materials, tools and equipment
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
  • Loading and unloading materials when required
  • General labouring and site duties
  • Following instructions from tradesmen and site management
  • Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed efficiently
  • Maintaining a positive and hardworking attitude throughout the working day

Requirements

  • MUST hold a valid CSCS Card
  • Must be physically fit and capable of carrying out heavy manual work
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to work hard
  • Must be comfortable working 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • Must be happy carrying out general labouring and physically demanding tasks
  • Must be able to work well alongside tradesmen and other site workers
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the Centre Parcs site
  • Previous labouring or construction site experience is preferred but not essential for the right person
