About you We are looking for three experienced Groundworkers to join a project in Bowdon, WA14 2HT. You will be joining a site team working on the construction of a new care home and will need to be comfortable carrying out general groundwork rather than solely operating plant. Of the three people required, we need: 2 Groundworkers with Dumper or Roller tickets 1 Groundworker with a 360 Excavator ticket You will need a valid CSCS or CPCS/NPORS card, relevant plant tickets and your own PPE. Your experience You will need previous groundworks experience and be confident carrying out: • Kerbing • Edging • Minor drainage • Stoning up • General groundworks duties You must be happy getting out of the machine and helping with the groundwork when required. What you will be doing with your experience You will be working as part of the groundworks team on a care home development in Bowdon. The work will involve kerbing, edging, minor drainage, stoning up and operating plant where required. The rate is £20 to £21 per hour paid CIS, depending on experience and tickets. About the business Our client is an established contractor specialising in the construction of care homes. They are looking for experienced Groundworkers who can come onto the project, work well with the existing site team and get on with the job without needing constant supervision.
