Responsibilities:
- Ensuring project costings are met
- Ensuring compliance with the project requirements
- Agreeing variations
- Process claims and payments
- Producing and managing costing reports
- Considering the Environmental Assessment Methods requirements when choosing suppliers and agreeing products/materials costs
- Assist in reviewing, preparing, and issuing Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
- Assist with final accounts on completion of works
- Working and reporting into the Managing QS
- You will be involved in cost Planning and pricing alongside the pre-con team.
- Assist the Pre-con team with procurement packs and getting them ready for tender.
- Team Collaboration: Challenge the pre-construction and design teams to ensure the best outcomes for the project
