RCE Ltd, founded in 2012, has grown rapidly to become a multi-disciplined contractor specialising in civil engineering, reinstatement, and utilities. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and experienced Commercial Manager to join our expanding team.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our projects, managing contracts from first enquiry to completion. Working across multiple schemes with values from £1,000 to £4m, you’ll take ownership of contract performance to maximise turnover and profitability. You’ll also support business development by proactively seeking new work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new contracts, supporting business growth and expansion
- Manage tender pricing and review contract documentation
- Oversee procurement of materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage subcontract orders, valuations, and invoices
- Track project changes, variations, and notices, liaising with clients
- Prepare interim valuations
