Rogers & Norton Solicitors is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Litigator to join our thriving litigation team in Norwich. With a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal position within a well-established, forward-thinking firm. Career progression is not only possible, it’s actively encouraged. It is hoped that the successful candidate under the mentorship of the current head of department will be able to take this role over to assist the continued growth of the team.
As an experienced member of the team, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex civil and commercial litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy. Your expertise and insight will play a crucial role in expanding a successful team and providing a wealth of support to clients and colleagues. Alongside running your own files, you will contribute to mentoring junior colleagues including paralegals, trainees and newly qualified solicitors along with supporting the wider Rogers & Norton team through collaboration and leadership.
We are seeking a litigator with strong technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of litigation work. You should bring excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care. The right candidate will demonstrate both independence and a genuine desire to contribute to the firm’s long-term success.

This is a full time, permanent position, but flexible arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
