Rogers & Norton, a leading independent law firm based in Norwich with offices at Attleborough and Dereham and facilities in London is seeking a full‑time or part‑time HMRC and Border Force Lawyer to join our dynamic Litigation Team.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of contentious HMRC and UK Border Force related matters, working with both individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will advise clients on disputes with HMRC, represent them in tribunal proceedings and provide strategic advice on compliance and enforcement matters. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service and commercially sound outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of HMRC and UK Border Force dispute matters
- Advise and represent clients in negotiations and tribunal hearings
