Rogers & Norton Solicitors is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigator with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our busy and friendly Litigation team in our Norwich office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious junior solicitor to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including:

Contract disputes

HMRC litigation

Professional negligence claims

Partnership and shareholder disputes
Working closely with experienced litigators, you will benefit from hands-on experience, direct client contact and opportunities to develop both technical and commercial skills from day one.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in commercial litigation, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
