We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Conveyancing team at our Norwich office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional environment where your skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team

Managing case files, correspondence
and legal documentation

Liaising with clients, estate agents and other professionals

Maintaining diary and appointment management

Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within conveyancing

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
