For Companies This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive with the potential of rapid advance to Partner/Director level for the right candidate.
The role involves handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, leases, development projects, refinancing and landlord and tenant issues. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently is essential.
