Aluminium Fabricator – 3 Positions | Droitwich, Worcestershire
Roger Dyson Ltd has been manufacturing recovery systems for over 50 years. With further expansion and a brand-new aluminium workshop, we’re looking for 3 aluminium fabricators to join our team in Droitwich.
The role
You’ll fabricate aluminium beds and ramps for commercial recovery vehicles, and flyers, using MIG and TIG welding. You’ll hit output targets safely, to a high standard of quality and within build deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
- Fabricating aluminium beds and ramps for commercial recovery vehicles and flyers (MIG and TIG)
- Plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operations
- Using hand tools, including grinders and drills
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Working safely and to a high standard to meet build deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Experience fabricating aluminium, with MIG and TIG welding skills
- Experience in plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and manual press brake operation
- Confidence with hand tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- A good team player who works safely and takes pride in quality
