Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will cover all aspects of the company’s residential & commercial piling operations with a certain level of autonomy depending on experience, in respect of pile design, estimating and technical sales including CFA, CHD, tubular steel and precast driven, restricted access & retaining walls. Some overlap may occur with the foundation systems packages, and ground improvement team in respect of technical support and sales, and liaison with other pre-construction teams across the wider RBL business will be required in terms of sales intelligence, pricing levels and R & D.
Management of incoming piling enquiries within the wider team, including assessment of opportunities and allocation of estimates/designs and includes estimating and client interaction / negotiation to the point where orders are secured, and provide ongoing support throughout the life of a project as required.
