The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
We are currently looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter who is based from our workshop in Swadlincote, to cover sites across England and Wales. The person will be required to carry out maintenance and repairs on a variety of piling equipment and ancillaries on construction sites.
Working nationally Full Time 41.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
While not essential, the following skills are highly valued and will enable you to excel in the role, contribute meaningfully to our team, and enhance the impact of your work at Roger Bullivant Limited:
- Communication skills: Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a small team.
- Qualifications (essential): You must hold a full UK driving licence and a Level 3 qualification in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
- Experience: Fault-finding, maintenance and repair of heavy-duty construction plant and hydraulic systems would be ideal. Auto electrical experience would also be preferable.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving engineering challenges.
- Site Experience: Any prior exposure to construction sites or engineering projects.
