Roeks Avenue Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Accounts on behalf of a well-established and highly respected organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who manage the majority of the organisation's client portfolio and revenue.

We are seeking a commercially minded relationship management leader who can inspire high performance, develop long-term client partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with a strategic and client-focused approach, thriving within a collaborative, values-driven culture where teamwork, transparency, and accountability are highly valued.

Leadership & Team Management
  • Inspires, leads, and develops a team of 9-10 Account Managers, enabling them to grow their portfolios, identify new opportunities, and drive account value and retention.
  • Engaging with clients where appropriate to support delivery and strengthen relationships.
  • Priorities include establishing credible team relationships, building trust, understanding performance metrics, and creating performance-driving routines.
  • Must build credibility across the organisation with senior leadership.
  • Critical role as 95% of revenue flows through this team.
  • Performance management discipline critical, with succession planning experience.
Commercial & Relationship Management
  • Commercial background essential.
  • Requires someone with experience of relationship management who can drive long-term client development.
  • Able to identify new opportunities for revenue growth within the existing accounts.
  • Operational or corporate experience valuable for relating to clients and understanding their operational complexity.
Cultural Fit & Leadership Style
  • A collaborative culture within a long-established, close-knit business.
  • Requires experience filtering organisational pressures appropriately.
