Responsibilities include delivering and maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout the school, in line with operational standards, and ensuring that work processes comply with statutory regulations. The role involves ensuring that Aspris minimum standards are delivered in all home areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team. You will identify and report damage, faults, and other related issues to the maintenance department or home manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations. Adopting new services that are already introduced within the group is also part of the role.
Efficient use of equipment is essential to gain greater value for money. Experience of daily cleaning schedules is required, along with the ability to complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner, demonstrating good knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to the role. Responsibly managing housekeeping duties while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and responding quickly to requests for assistance is crucial.

Roehampton Gate School and Putney Vale Campus are recruiting for a Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our support team. This position is 20 hours per week during term-time + 4 weeks (43 weeks per year). Shifts can be completed between 3:30 - 7:30pm, but we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate. We are looking for passionate people to ensure our sites are safe and comfortable while covering all aspects of housekeeping.
