Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Foundation Phase Lead Coach at Roehampton Elite FC, located in Greater London. The Lead Coach will oversee the development of players aged 5-11, creating and leading training sessions in line with the club’s curriculum. The role involves designing age-appropriate activities, delivering consistent coaching methods, monitoring player progress, and cultivating a positive environment that inspires young athletes to grow and excel. Collaboration with coaching staff and communication with parents is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Coaching experience with young players and ability to deliver age-appropriate training sessions.
- Sound understanding of player development principles and grassroots football pathways.
