About Roehampton Elite FC
Roehampton Elite FC is one of Southwest London’s fastest-growing youth football academies — competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL), Epsom & Ewell League, and London Youth League. We’re dedicated to developing some of the area’s most talented young players through a professional, ambitious, and development-first philosophy built around:

As we expand ahead of the 2025/26 season, we’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced football coaches to join our team and help shape the next generation of elite players.
What We’re Looking For
We want coaches who:
- Bring authority, energy, and presence to every session.
- Have experience coaching players aged 5–14 (formats: 5v5, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11).
- Deliver well-structured, engaging, and consistent sessions.
- Show attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and clear communication.
- Maintain high professional standards and align with our club culture and values.
- Have a minimum of 2–3 years of coaching experience.
- Can commit to:
- 2 evening sessions during the week
- Weekend fixtures
