General Site Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Operations)
Reporting to Maintenance Manager
Full Time Contract – 40 hours per week
Salary £35-38k based on qualifications and experience

Roehampton Club is London’s premier private members multisport club. We also offer Members and their Guests a program of social events, sports competitions and coaching. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience of electrical and pool plant with general maintenance skills, ability to assist in all planned and reactive maintenance at the site.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified to City & Guilds with the 18th edition along with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and have strong client facing skills.
• Manage and update the company maintenance jobs log system.
• Whilst full training will be given, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:
• Electrical Installation qualification desirable but not essential.
• Working knowledge of commercial heating and ventilation.
• Sound knowledge of plumbing, formal qualification an advantage.
• Pool Plant qualification desirable but not essential.
• Must have a good knowledge of planned maintenance systems.
• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays plus 2 additional life leave days per annum)
