Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Greater London, is for a Bar Supervisor at Roehampton Club. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensure efficient service, and maintain high standards of hospitality. Core responsibilities include managing and training a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and upholding health and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with Members and address their needs seamlessly.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management, including inventory control and bar operations.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members to uphold service excellence.
