Renowned for its core sports of golf, tennis, croquet, and squash, the Club also offers padel tennis courts, swimming pools, a gym, fitness studio, snooker, and bridge facilities. With a strong sense of community, the Club caters to 5,000 Members, including adults and juniors, providing opportunities for recreation, fitness, and competitive activities. Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Greater London, is for a Bar Supervisor at Roehampton Club. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensure efficient service, and maintain high standards of hospitality. Core responsibilities include managing and training a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and upholding health and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with Members and address their needs seamlessly.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management, including inventory control and bar operations.
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to team members to uphold service excellence.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or club sector is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Basic certification in food safety and health and safety standards is an advantage.
