An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Professional Team at Roehampton Club, a premier private members’ club in West London with over 5,000 members. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated PGA Professional with innovative ideas to help enhance and grow the business, while consistently delivering the highest level of customer service to a thriving membership of over 2,000 golfers.

As part of the Forefront Golf network, this role offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills and progress along a successful PGA career pathway. Roehampton Club is currently developing a state-of-the-art indoor golf centre, featuring 10 TrackMan bays, due to open in Spring 2027. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting period of investment and growth within the Club.

The role provides extensive opportunities for coaching and custom fitting using TrackMan 4 technology, alongside access to a brand-new swing studio. The position is based on a 45-hour, 5-day working week, with all coaching, custom fitting, and retail responsibilities shared across the team. Each team member benefits from two consecutive days off per week.

There is excellent earning potential for the right candidate, with a competitive salary plus commission on lessons and retail sales. On-target earnings for a committed and hard-working individual are in the region of £35,000–£40,000.
