Roebuck Estates is a premium producer of exceptional vintage sparkling wines, and we are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to develop and drive our corporate programme. This is a new role and there will be the opportunity for the candidate to help shape the strategy as well as deliver the programme. You will be reporting to our Head of Marketing and working with our UK trade sales team and our management team to bring the Roebuck Estates brand to life and deliver on our company goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing our corporate business, both corporate wine sales and corporate wine events.
  • Selling in, organising and running any corporate events at clients’ offices.
  • Selling in, arranging and overseeing any corporate events at the vineyard, working closely with the Hospitality & Events Manager.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and cultivating lasting relationships to build wine sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Business networking to secure new corporate partnerships.
  • Working with concierge services to establish Roebuck as a trusted wine partner.
  • Building relationships and distribution with high-profile caterers.
  • Creating new partnerships with smaller catering companies who operate at external events.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data on our CRM system - Monday.com.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and delivering results on time to meet deadlines.
  • Being agile to changing market conditions and company priorities and always seeking creative solutions to drive results.
  • Having wine knowledge, preferably to a minimum of WSET Level 2, or willing to learn.
  • Being positive and flexible in approach - willing to go the extra mile.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in sales, with a proven track record of success within the UK drinks industry.
  • Good attention to detail and delivers accurate and high-quality work.
  • Self-motivated, results driven and creative mindset.
  • Proficient in MS packages - confident with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car (due to rural location).

This role is field based, but the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to Petworth in West Sussex at least three days per week and, during busy periods, will require a flexible approach to working hours. This is a full-time role and reports into the Head of Marketing.
