Roebuck Estates is a premium producer of exceptional vintage sparkling wines, and we are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to develop and drive our corporate programme. This is a new role and there will be the opportunity for the candidate to help shape the strategy as well as deliver the programme. Roebuck Estates is at a very exciting time in its development which will present many varied opportunities and will require lots of flexibility. You will be reporting to our Head of Marketing and working with our UK trade sales team and our management team to bring the Roebuck Estates brand to life and deliver on our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and growing our corporate business, both corporate wine sales and corporate wine events.
- Identify, understand and target high value corporate opportunities in these focus areas.
- Sell in, organise and run any corporate events at clients’ offices.
- Sell in, arrange and oversee any corporate events at the vineyard, working closely with the Hospitality & Events Manager, who will manage the events.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and cultivate lasting relationships with customers to build wine sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Manage and develop all existing corporate relationships, leveraging partnerships and sponsorships to generate new business.
- Business networking to secure new corporate partnerships.
- Working with concierge services to establish Roebuck as trusted wine partner.
- Working with tour companies to establish Roebuck as a trusted partner for vineyard experiences.
- Responsible for building relationships and distribution with high-profile caterers.
- Ensure Roebuck is listed in the drinks package of event spaces.
- Create new partnerships with smaller catering companies who operate at external events.
- Deliver the agreed annual revenue and profit target for the corporate channel.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate customer data on our CRM system - Monday.com.
- Oversee corporate budget, ensuring it isn’t exceeded and provide clear reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to a wide range of corporate audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver results on time to meet deadlines.
- Be agile to changing market conditions and company priorities and always seek creative solutions to drive results.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy.
- Wine knowledge, preferably to a minimum of WSET Level 2, or willing to learn.
- Positive and flexible in approach - willing to go the extra mile.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in sales, and with proven track record of success within the UK drinks industry.
- Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset.
- Good attention to detail and delivers accurate and high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, results driven and creative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS packages - confident with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car (due to rural location).
- Full right to work in the UK.

This role is field based, but the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to Petworth in West Sussex at least three days per week and, during busy periods will require a flexible approach to working hours. This is a full-time role and reports into the Head of Marketing.
