Fallow Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our rapidly growing content output across YouTube, social media, and brand campaigns. Our chefs and restaurants reach millions of viewers online, and content has become a core part of the Fallow brand. This role will ensure our productions run professionally and efficiently — coordinating shoots, managing talent schedules, and delivering high-quality content at scale.

We’re looking for someone with serious production experience — ideally from broadcast, large-scale events, agency production, or digital media — who is comfortable running busy shoot schedules and confidently managing talent and stakeholders. This role requires someone who can take control of a production environment, keep multiple moving parts aligned, and ensure everyone — including our chefs — knows exactly where they need to be and when.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end production process for all Fallow content, from planning shoots through to delivery across digital platforms. Working closely with the creative team, chefs, marketing teams, and external creatives, you will ensure productions run smoothly while balancing creative ambition with operational reality. This role requires someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing strong personalities in fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all content production across social media, YouTube, and brand campaigns
  • Manage production logistics including locations, equipment, crew, and shoot schedules
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders including chefs, marketing teams, videographers, editors, and external partners
  • Act as the central point of organisation across all productions
  • Confidently manage talent schedules and ensure shoots run on time
  • Keep productions structured and efficient in a busy restaurant environment
  • Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and aligned with brand standards
  • Implement systems and workflows to support a growing production pipeline
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external suppliers where required

About You

This role requires someone who can run a production environment with authority and clarity. You may come from a background in:

  • Broadcast or television production
  • Large-scale live events (e.g. awards shows, concerts, major productions)
  • Creative or digital agencies
  • YouTube or social-first production environments

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing complex productions
  • Confidence working with high-profile talent or strong creative personalities
  • Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication ability
  • Experience coordinating crews, shoots, and production logistics
  • The ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-paced environments

Experience delivering productions such as major events, TV shoots, or agency campaigns would be a strong advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity to shape the content output of one of the UK’s most exciting restaurant brands
  • A creative, ambitious and fast-moving environment
  • Staff meals and restaurant discounts
  • Opportunities to grow with the business

If you’re an experienced production professional who knows how to run complex shoots, manage talent, and deliver high‑quality content, we’d love to hear from you. At FALLOW, we're passionate about fostering an environment that allows everyone to thrive and prosper, regardless of background. Diversity of perspective and an inclusive approach that promotes the voice of those experiences and viewpoints are well-known to be beneficial for our company and, consequently, career advancement.
