Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. The essence of this combination makes up much of Fallow's DNA, where conscious culinary creativity meets hospitality experience and passion. Fallow’s permanent home in St James’s market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ ‘sustainable restaurant of the year’ and the Caterer award for ‘best new restaurant’. With 2 million subscribers, chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft are not just pioneers when it comes to gastronomy, but they are also breaking new ground when it comes to culinary content. We have huge plans this coming year with some exciting new formats in the pipeline - and they need production support to help deliver them.
We are looking for a Production Assistant, leading our YouTube Channel. You could come from a TV or digital background - but it is imperative that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. A background helping oversee the production of new content on a weekly basis - either on a YouTube channel or a daily/weekly live TV show - would be an advantage. Additionally, a background in food content is also a plus. This is a full-time role based in central London – office based 4 days / WFH one day a week. There might occasionally be a need to work at the weekend.
At FALLOW, we’re passionate about fostering an environment that allows everyone to thrive and prosper, regardless of background. Diversity of perspective and an inclusive approach that promotes the voice of those experiences and viewpoints are well-known to be beneficial for our company and, consequently, career advancement.
