Fallow Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant for its busy London restaurants. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep kitchen equipment, fixtures and fittings functioning smoothly with minimal disruption to guests and restaurant teams.
You should have strong experience in at least one core trade, ideally electrical, and be able to work independently while collaborating with the Head of Maintenance across Fallow, Roe, and OXO Tower to own day‑to‑day maintenance
