As an Assistant Reception Manager at Fallow, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and leading by example. You will support the Reception Manager in driving efficiency, managing reservations, and enhancing the guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Reception Manager, Senior Receptionist, or similar leadership role within a high‑end, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Impeccable customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution‑driven approach with a keen eye for operational improvements.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficient in utilizing the Seven Rooms booking system.
