Following a successful pop-up, chef owners Jack Croft and Will Murray officially launched FOWL in October 2023, which can be found just around the corner from their flagship restaurant Fallow St. James’s. FOWL restaurant celebrates the nation’s favourite bird through an all-in, beak-to-feet menu concept, with the addition of monthly specials brought to you in collaboration with an epic line up of foodie icons! Offering both indoor and outside dining, FOWL is open for Lunch, Dinner & Cocktails.
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Fowl, you will support the smooth running of a designated section of the kitchen, working alongside our experienced chefs to deliver dishes of the highest quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in one of London’s most innovative, sustainability-focused restaurants, where seasonality and creativity shape everything we do.
Key responsibilities- Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes within your section, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work under the guidance of your Chef de Partie to maintain high culinary standards.
- Support with stock rotation, storage, and ingredient ordering in line with purchasing guidelines.
- Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are upheld.
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong background as a Commis Chef in a high-quality, fast‑paced kitchen.
