Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. The essence of this combination makes up much of Fallows DNA, where conscious culinary creativity meets hospitality experience and passion. Fallow’s permanent home in St James’s market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ ‘sustainable restaurant of the year’ and the Caterer award for ‘best new restaurant’.
We are currently seeking a Culinary Producer to work in our Social Media team. You'll work directly alongside our Culinary Producer, supporting every stage of the YouTube content process from initial research through to finished videos. We want someone who brings ideas, asks questions, and genuinely cares about getting things right.
Key responsibilities:- Researching dishes, techniques, ingredients and food science in depth ahead of filming.
- Writing detailed scripts, shot lists, recipe notes and on-set references.
- Testing and refining recipes for both professional and home cook audiences.
- Taking real time notes during filming to capture changes and adjustments as they happen.
- Generating ideas for short form content across Instagram, YouTube and other social channels.
- Supporting the wider production team on filming days.
