We are seeking an experienced and driven
Breakfast Chef to lead our morning kitchen operations at Fallow.

As Breakfast Chef, you will take full ownership of our breakfast service, building on Fallow’s reputation for innovation, sustainability, and outstanding quality.
You will lead from the front, inspiring your team while ensuring flawless execution every morning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the breakfast kitchen team, ensuring exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Maintain rigorous quality control, consistency, and attention to detail across all dishes.
- Manage ordering and stock rotation in line with Purchasing Team guidelines.
- Continuously assess and improve kitchen processes to maximise efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and high‑performing kitchen culture.
About you
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant is essential.
- Ready to step into a Breakfast Chef role with strong leadership and organisational capability.
- Passionate about sustainability and modern, innovative cooking techniques.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing GP, labour costs, and stock control.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail‑focused.
