We’re looking for a dynamic, motorsport-passionate individual to help shape our social media presence, assist with PR duties and driver support activities.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in the world of motorsport. Reporting to the PR and Commercial Manager, this is a full-time role that requires a proactive and creative individual with a keen eye for story telling and audience engagement. You’ll play a vital role in helping to shape our digital presence ensuring timely and engaging content across all platforms while supporting PR efforts and driver media obligations. The role involves weekend work (both remote and on event) and race-related responsibilities, making it perfect for someone eager to be part of the fast-moving environment of motorsport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content: Develop, publish, and manage digital content that enhances Rodin Motorsport’s online presence, engaging fans and driving growth.
  • PR & Communications: Assist with press releases, media requests, and sponsor engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Driver Support: Facilitate interviews, autograph sessions, appearances, and interactions with media and sponsors.
  • Event Attendance: Travel to race weekends, supporting media obligations and ensuring smooth content capture.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in online interactions, strengthening the team’s relationship with fans.
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the PR Manager and Content Creator/Videographer to devise impactful digital campaigns.
  • Weekend Availability: Work on weekends (remotely and on-site).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in social media, PR, or motorsport communications is beneficial.
  • A strong passion for storytelling and content creation, particularly within motorsport.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Lightroom is a plus.
  • Strong communication and proactive collaboration skills.
  • Awareness of social media trends and best practices across various platforms.
