The Opportunity
The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing Rodial's social media strategy across all channels. This role combines creative content production with strong performance experience, owning both organic and paid social output. The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager will grow brand presence, drive engagement and sales, and support brand storytelling through elevated and high-performing content. This position requires strong knowledge of luxury beauty, proven experience managing paid and organic social, along with hands-on content creation and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of organic social channels across all key platforms. Plan, schedule and publish content in line with the brand calendar, launches and campaigns, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and culturally relevant presence. Monitor performance, engagement and trends, feeding insights back to inform content optimisation and growth.
- Influencer & Creator Marketing Activation: Execute influencer and creator activity across seeding, paid partnerships and campaign collaborations. Support influencer identification, outreach and relationship management, coordinating gifting, content delivery and usage rights. Ensure influencer content is delivered on time, on brand and aligned with campaign objectives, tracking performance and reporting results.
- Content Production & Performance Optimisation: Support content creation across social and influencer channels, working with internal teams, creators and agencies to deliver assets optimised for both organic and paid performance. Analyse results, identify high-performing content formats and trends, and continuously refine execution to improve reach, engagement and contribution to growth.
- PR & Events Support: Support PR and events activity by coordinating social and influencer coverage around key brand moments, launches and activations. Assist with content capture, posting and amplification before, during and after events, ensuring alignment with the broader social, influencer and brand calendar.
GENERAL
Work alongside the Head of Global PR and Communications with overall business direction and strategy. Close working connection with Founder + CEO, and digital teams. Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in social media within beauty, luxury or fashion
- Proven experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to create and test content to drive ROAS and conversions
- Strong understanding of META-specific performance content requirements
- Skilled in video editing and short form content production (TikTok, Reels, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
- Strong knowledge of content trends, creator landscape and platform behaviours
- Experience supporting and amplifying founder-led content
- Highly creative with strong brand and aesthetic awareness
- Analytical, commercial, and performance focussed
- Fast-moving and adaptable in a founder-led environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
- High level of attention to detail
